STEP 1: Identify a goal to achieve within the next 12 months.
STEP 2: Turn the goal into a question and write it in the "My Goal as a Question" section.
Example:
GOAL: "I will sell 48 homes in the next 12 months."
QUESTION: "What strategies can I use to sell 48 homes in the next 12 months?"
STEP 3: Write down 20 answers to the question.
Tips:
-
Reaching 20 answers is essential; keep going until the target is met.
-
Feel free to exceed 20 answers if more ideas come to mind.
-
If struggling to come up with 20 answers, consider researching or consulting with others. There is no wrong way to find answers.
STEP 4: Each day, write the question at the top of a new page.
STEP 5: Each day, generate (at least) 20 answers to the same question.
Additional Tips:
-
Avoid referring to previous answers; write down whatever comes to mind.
-
If completely stuck, previous answers can be reviewed for inspiration.
-
Reusing answers is acceptable; writing them daily reinforces them, but do so without directly copying from previous days.
STEP 6: At the end of the 10 days, compile all answers onto one page, without duplicating any responses.
STEP 7: Organize the answers by priority, with the most important at the top and the least important at the bottom. This process creates a focused, prioritized list for action. Each answer should be worked on or systems put in place to ensure completion as needed.
Tips:
Writing the question and answers in the morning, before engaging with emails, social media, or other distractions, can help keep the mind focused and clear. Reviewing the list of answers before bed allows the subconscious to work on them overnight.
